A life's journey back to the Self.
I grew up in Los Angeles, studied at Princeton, made films, built companies, developed real estate — and while it was all exciting, I had a sense that none of it was the point.
The search that followed took me around the world. I sat with neo-Advaita teachers in the tradition of Ramana Maharshi. I moved to Portugal, then Costa Rica, then Amsterdam, living in intentional communities and researching what it means for humans to actually be together. I trained in circling, authentic relating, contact improvisation, and meditation. I led retreats, facilitated hundreds of group experiences, coached one on one.
What I kept finding, in every practice and every tradition, was the same thing: the silence underneath. The place where performance softens and something real becomes available. That's what I value in my presence.
What moves me.
I love sharing in what I’ve learned – and wish to embody – from leading relational practices and studying with master spiritual teachers. It’s an essence that can’t be worded, but can be felt in presence. Teachers can point to it, but it’s only transmitted through peace. You know it in yourself...
You know this quality when you wake up before thoughts emerge; when you stop running and catch your breath; or when the hot shower water first soaks in. It’s a moment of rest in pure being. That is the real you.
I’ve recently received the blessed gift of feeling joy for no reason — while acknowledging all the reasons I might not. Joy is underneath all my suffering. Joy feels purest when my thinking stops. My joy is easily reflected in contact with others, whether through presence, conversation, singing, dancing, or even exercising.
I feel honored and humbled by the gift of working with clients on this path. I’m grateful to be able to hold up life’s divine paradox for us to find our joy in it together.

If something here lands.
The coaching work is 1-on-1 or couples, with ten-session packages. The group work happens in circles, workshops, and retreats. It all begins with contact.
