Authentic Connection is an embodied exploration of what is alive in connection in the present moment. We play games - both fun and powerful - to share the present moment and discover together the mystery and excitement that emerges.
Authentic Connection unites potent movement and communication practices (from Contact Improvisation, Authentic Relating, and Circling) to enliven our senses and open our awareness. By reorienting how we move, sense and speak in simple ways, time slows down to express what is truly alive.

Career Coaching
Through my own work with founders, therapists, and independent professionals, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again: the work itself is rarely the problem—it’s the challenge of clearly expressing your own value. Especially when your heart is in it, it can be difficult to translate what you feel into something others can quickly understand. That gap is often what limits growth, visibility, and alignment.
My background in storytelling, coaching, and facilitating authentic connection helps us uncover and articulate the core of what you offer—your motivation, your experience, and the real impact of your work. Together, we listen closely to your self-talk so that your career, content, and presence better reflect who you really are underneath it all. 💛 The result is not a new persona, but a clearer expression—one that makes you easier to trust, easier to understand, and ultimately, easier to choose.
Spiritual Companionship
While I have grown from years of therapy, coaching and professional trainings, my deepest transformations have been given by God, through enlightened teachers. This free exchange is essential to realizing the true Self, where we meet as One. If you are committed to this path, I am willing to accompany you.
As a student of self-realization, I humbly walk the path beside you, as companions on the journey Home. I love to talk about spiritual texts like the Upanishads, the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra (The Radiance Sutras), the Bhagavad Gita, the Bible, Rumi, Emmanuel, and others. I also like to write poetry inspired by this realm of knowledge.
There’s always plenty of opportunity to realize more Self Love together. Sharing my Love with you in this way is pure bliss, as it is your Love, also.

We walk together along the beautiful Pacific Ocean in Venice Beach. It’s a chance to co-create an environment conducive to self-realization. Together, we soak in nature and the sun and allow the truth to reveal itself. We will likely meet God somewhere on the shore.
Career Coaching
Individuals on Zoom - 1 hour

Feel your whole world change. We dive into your Desire, safely calling in your Heart’s true longing. We clear the path to more fuller expression, and feel the aliveness. We can also create a 6-week or 8-week program to help with a specific goal or life transition.
Relationship Sessions
Relating for Desire & Unity - 1.5 hours

Creating better relationships involves knowing and sharing more clearly your desires! Understanding masculine/feminine dynamics and practicing new communication tools, you can step more peacefully into deeper union with yourself and others.
